Ran Glover Archibald today at about 5:30pm. Weather was overcast and cool, maybe 70 degrees. Robbie tells me that it's 5 miles, but looking at the map, it looks more like 4 to me. Did it in about 54 minutes. Knee was sore to begin, but then warmed up and forgot about it within the first few minutes. Overall, felt pretty good, I've shaved about 4 minutes off of my time since I started running the trail. Gonna need to move up to Pierce Mill/Rock Creek West Ridge trail soon to get the serious hills and mileage.
Nice part was dropping my car remote down the storm drain. Pried off the manhole cover and crawled into the storm drain after my run and still couldn't find the remote. That sucked.
